Description
MFDC-2002 is a new generation of spot resistance welding machine that due to the initial consumption of the three-phase transformer prevents the power network from becoming unbalanced equally, also due to the DC current output and high frequency, increases the weld permeability and the possibility of welding. It also creates aluminum on the metal.
MFDC-2002 is suitable for all steel, aluminum parts, automotive industry, home appliance industry, pumps and refrigerator compressors.
The MFDC-2002 represents a cutting-edge advancement in resistance spot welding technology. By evenly distributing the initial transformer load across all three phases, it prevents power grid imbalances. Furthermore, the high-frequency DC output enhances weld penetration and enables the welding of aluminum. Ideal for a wide array of stainless steel and aluminum components, the MFDC-2002 finds extensive application in the automotive, home appliance, pump manufacturing, and refrigeration compressor industries.
Electrotechnotak’s inverter-based spot and projection welders are meticulously designed to elevate weld quality, reduce energy consumption, and accommodate metals like aluminum. Drawing upon decades of experience and continuous optimization, these machines exemplify the pinnacle of welding technology. The superior weld quality and energy efficiency of inverter-based welders are poised to render traditional network frequency (AC) machines obsolete in the near future.
