MFDC Inverter Spot and Projection Welding Machines Series

MFDC-2002 is a new generation of resistance spot welding technology. By drawing power equally from all three phases at the transformer input, it helps prevent electrical grid imbalance. In addition, its high-frequency DC output increases weld penetration and enables welding of aluminum.

The MFDC-2002 is suitable for various stainless steel and aluminum components and can be used in the automotive, home appliance, pump manufacturing, and refrigerator compressor industries.

Electro Technotak’s inverter spot and projection welding machines are designed using a completely new approach to improve welding quality, reduce energy consumption, and enable welding of metals such as aluminum. Decades of experience and continuous efforts to optimize and improve product quality have been incorporated into their design. In general, due to their superior welding quality and energy efficiency, inverter-generation spot and projection welding machines are expected to gradually replace conventional AC power-frequency machines.
